things i learned this week

things God is teaching me: I have let Satan convince me of so many lies in my life. I have accepted them as truth and lived my life according to them. I need to stop and constantly submerge myself in the truth so that I can break free from the bondage to lies and sin through God's healing Word. 3 truths I personally need that I wasn't to share 1) you don't need to be perfect or have it all together all of the time, nor can you. God wants us to ask Him for help, and others. We were not made to handle life on our own. 2) I am deserving of love because I am made in God's image. Someone will be capable of loving me and even if there was no one, God loves me and his love is enough. It is possible for me to be loved and lovely to others. 3)God is jealous for us. He wants us to have time with him and be single so that He can prepare our hearts for not only our future spouses, but also so that when we do get married we will have a strong enough relationship with Him that we won't turn away from Him just because we suddenly have a man in our lives.
